    At Healing Circles, we believe that sharing experiences can be incredibly empowering.  Whether you're a new mom or have been on this journey for years, all moms are welcomed with open arms. Our in-person organized gatherings provide a unique opportunity for moms to openly discuss mom related topics. Through uplifting conversations and the power of dance, we aim to help you find strength within yourself. Together, we will navigate the challenges of motherhood while building lasting friendships.     A comprehensive approach to health and wellness that focuses on the integration of body, mind and spirit. Learn to love your body of today and not obsess over who you used to be or compare yourself to others.

    We offer gentle and restorative classes that help mothers reconnect with their bodies, heal from childbirth and find peace and joy through movement.  A wonderful way to find gratitude for delivering a beautiful entity in this world that will someday call you mom.

    Moms Dance Parties
